About the Role:

We are seeking a NC Structural Licensed Pest Control Lead Technician to join our team at Mosquito Hunters of Charlotte in Mooresville, NC. As a lead, you will play a crucial role in providing effective pest control solutions to our clients while leading a team of technicians.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of pest control technicians
Perform structural pest control services in accordance with state regulations
Communicate with clients to assess and address their pest control needs
Train and mentor new technicians
Ensure compliance with safety and pest control regulations

Requirements:

NC Structural Pest Control License
Previous experience in pest control
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
